Frequently Asked Questions
What are the chains made out of ?
We offer a variety of chains that meet everyone's budget. Our chains are made of sterling silver, 14K gold-filled, or 14K - All are durable for everyday wear and are meant to last.
What is 14K Gold filled?
Gold-filled jewelry is made by mechanically bonding solid - gold to a base metal. It is usually 5% of the items total weight and most quality gold filled jewelry has the appearance of high carat gold and can be worn daily for years without layers of metal exposed. The layer of gold on gold-filled items is 5 to 10 times thicker than gold-plated and 15 to 25 times thicker than that produced by gold electroplate. For this reason, it is usually more expensive than jewelry that is gold plated.
Care & Cleaning
Your Permanent pieces may require a gentle scrub with soap or baking soda to remove build up. This is safe to do.
How do I remove the chain if I don't want it anymore?
If you want to remove a chain you can simply use a nail clipper or scissor to carefully cut the jump ring -or cut the chain link. We do offer re-welding fee an additional fee of $10. You can also add a clasp anytime for $10.
What if my chain breaks?
Our chains are made to resist everyday wear, but dainty jewelry is susceptible to damage if tugged. If your piece gets snagged or breaks, we do our best to repair it for you at no cost. Please note that we do not replace, or refund for lost chains..
Can I change or cancel my appointment?

Yes! Anyone 18 and older is welcome to get a permanent piece. We do require anyone under the age of 17 be accompanied by a guardian. Everyone receiving permanent jewelry will sign a waiver.

TSA doesn't require you to remove fine jewelry when going through security. You should have no problem taking your jewelry along with you on all your travel adventures.
We recommend consulting with your doctor or imaging tech for guidance. If it does need to be removed we can re-weld it as a courtesy.
